ReWild Your Writing in Oregon's Enchanted Forest
September 4-7th, 2025 | Marcola, Oregon
No desks. No deadlines. Just tipis, river dips, stories, and stars. It's time to reclaim YOUR voice.
Stop Waiting for Approval.
Start Writing For You.
You’ve spent so much time writing for deadlines, expectations, and other people that you’ve almost forgotten what it feels like to write just for you.
The stories, the ideas, the voice—it’s all still there, just waiting for you to slow down long enough to hear it again.
This retreat isn’t just about getting words on the page. It’s about rewilding your writing—stripping away the pressure, the perfectionism, the need to get it “right.” It’s about remembering what it feels like to be fully alive in your creative process.
For four days, you’ll get back into your body with daily morning yoga, fresh meals shared under the pines, and generative writing sessions that'll get your creativity crackling! Come trade distractions for deep focus, self-doubt for creative freedom, and routines for something wilder. Surrounded by Oregon’s lush, untamed forests, you’ll reconnect with the kind of writing that feels electric—unfiltered, uninhibited, and undeniably yours.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a creative homecoming.

Your Hosts on This Retreat
Sara Grove, Flower Farmer & Poet
Sara Grove is a poet, flower farmer, and the founder of Writers Gone Wild—a refuge for creatives who feel most alive with dirt under their nails and a pen in hand. She spent a decade leading wilderness trips across five continents, built businesses from scratch, and turned a run-down trailer park into a thriving neighborhood. Sara's goal is always to create spaces where people feel safe, inspired, and fully themselves. This retreat is an invitation to remember what matters, reconnect with your creative fire, and finally give your voice the space it deserves.
Sarah Silverstein, Therapist & Yoga Teacher
Sarah is a trauma-informed therapist who helps people deepen intimacy, heal relational wounds, and rewrite the stories that keep them stuck. She works with individuals, couples, and chosen families across a spectrum of identities and relationship styles. Rooted in queer, feminist theory, her practice invites clients to shed the “shoulds” and live with more connection and aliveness. Sarah believes that nature is one of our greatest teachers—and she’s thrilled to co-host this retreat as a space for reflection, creativity, and wild-hearted healing.
